You will design and implement data-driven systems and prototypes to improve business unit efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and substandard processes by evaluating real-time data.
• Develop system prototypes and implement management plans for end-to-end project delivery.
• Partner with sales, finance, security, and compliance teams to build collaborative analysis and documentation.
• Perform quality assurance and daily systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and maximize effectiveness.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and maintain detailed system documentation.

Required Skills

• 5-10+ years of Power BI development experience.
• Expertise in DAX and Power Query Editor.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data visualization principles.
• Experience handling both structured and unstructured data across multiple systems.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and present insights to executive teams.
• Technical degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power BI Certification or equivalent.
