Description

You will build and maintain critical data solutions within the Microsoft Fabric environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards using DirectLake and Lakehouse architecture in Microsoft Fabric.
• Implement scalable data models and semantic layers aligned with business needs and governed data practices.
• Optimize system performance by monitoring Premium capacity usage and tuning DirectLake query performance.
• Apply row-level security and manage workspace governance using deployment pipelines.
• Leverage OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, and pipeline orchestration to streamline data ingestion and transformation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• 1-2 years of experience specifically within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in DirectLake, Lakehouse, and OneLake Architecture.
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M).
• Experience managing Premium capacity, workload optimization, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines, workspace governance, and row-level security.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Databricks, or Synapse.
