You will build complex dimensional data models, dashboards, and reports to deliver data visualization solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build complex dimensional data models and interactive visual reports.
• Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts using Python, M, and DAX.
• Visualize data stories on the report canvas to drive agency-wide solutions.
• Execute efficient deep analysis to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer data solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Power BI experience.
• Mastery in data analytics and complex report creation.
• Proficiency in DAX.
• Experience with Python and M.
• Experience working with Texas state agencies.
• Ability to work independently on complicated tasks and lead the work of others.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git/Bitbucket source control.
• Experience with SAS and .sas7bdat datasets.
• Familiarity with Jira, SAP, or Tableau.
