Good to Have Skills: Star schema understanding, refresh credential management, gateway experience, workspaces/dataset permissions security, Row Level Security (RLS), Power BI certification PL-300, Fabric concepts including capacities and workspaces, BI governance, reporting experience for audit/compliance or portfolio management contexts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize infrastructure automation and data reporting solutions using PowerShell and MS Power BI in a hybrid work model.
• Create reliable scripts and dashboards that enhance operational efficiency for finance and payroll teams.
• Ensure resilient services and actionable insights that support business decision making in a global environment.
• Work with business users to translate needs into dashboards and KPIs effectively.
• Manage stakeholder communication and coordination across different time zones for project success.

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Power BI development and maintenance experience in an enterprise setting.

Education: Any bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
