Description

You will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade data reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI and related Microsoft tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support finance, payroll, and operational decision-making.
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline data infrastructure and reporting processes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable KPIs and visualizations, collaborating directly with stakeholders and business users.
• Ensure data reliability and security by managing workspaces, datasets, Row Level Security (RLS), and refresh credentials.
• Coordinate across global teams and time zones to deliver resilient services and actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on Power BI development and maintenance in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Data Modelling.
• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to create user-friendly dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of star schema, gateway configuration, and BI governance.
• Power BI certification (PL-300) or experience with Fabric capacities and workspaces.
• Reporting experience for audit, compliance, or portfolio management contexts.
