Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and efficient data visualizations.
• Translate business user requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform data modeling, analysis, and optimization of report performance.
• Integrate Power BI with SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and Azure cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Service, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with data modeling using star schema or snowflake schema.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms, including Azure Data Lake or Synapse.
• Ability to work onsite in Bellevue, WA, 3 days per week.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau, SSRS, or Qlik.
• Background in Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
• Knowledge of automation using Power Automate.
