Description

You will build and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and Power Query. You will manage data modeling and reporting pipelines within Microsoft Fabric, integrating data from SQL Server, Snowflake, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Build and publish interactive Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, drill-downs, and optimized visuals.
• Integrate and model data from SQL Server, Snowflake, SAP, and other enterprise systems using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and maintain Fabric data pipelines for seamless, real-time reporting.
• Optimize queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for high-performance analytics.
• Implement Row-Level and Object-Level Security to ensure secure data access.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse architecture, and pipelines.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and Snowflake.
• 5+ years of experience in BI development.
• Experience with SSIS/SSAS or SAP data integrations (optional).
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of BI developers.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PL-300 or DP-203.
• Experience with data governance, observability, or migration projects (e.g., Synapse to Fabric).
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
