Description

You will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient semantic data models and optimize DAX calculations and SQL queries for reporting needs.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to enforce data access standards and manage data refresh automation.
• Translate business requirements into accurate BI solutions, ensuring visual design aligns with accessibility guidelines.
• Validate data accuracy across reports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to governance and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and query optimization.
• Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations.
• Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) report creation and maintenance.
• Understanding of data modeling, semantic layer design, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Familiarity with report performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control practices and data refresh automation.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
