Description

You will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient semantic data models and optimize DAX calculations and SQL queries.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to enforce data access standards.
• Translate business requirements into accurate BI solutions aligned with accessibility guidelines.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and query optimization.
• Strong knowledge of DAX for complex calculations.
• Experience with SSRS report creation and maintenance.
• Understanding of data modeling, semantic layer design, and Row-Level Security.
• Familiarity with report performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control practices and data refresh automation.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
