Description

Develop and maintain BI solutions that support data governance initiatives, including program maturity dashboards. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate governance and compliance requirements into actionable data models and reporting frameworks.
• Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and visibility of critical data elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure consistency and integrity across systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI development or data analytics, preferably in financial or insurance domains.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
• Experience with data wrangling tools such as Alteryx.
• Familiarity with data governance concepts, including metadata management and data quality frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
