Description

You will manage Power BI service capacity and deliver complex analytics solutions. You own the performance, scalability, and governance of the BI environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Power BI service capacity to ensure optimal performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Plan and execute capacity scaling based on business growth and usage patterns.
• Configure and optimize Power BI workspaces, gateways, and dataflows.
• Implement security policies and maintain compliance with data governance and access controls.
• Educate users on best practices for data visualization, governance, and self-service analytics.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer and Capacity Administrator.
• Deep understanding of advanced DAX functions and complex calculations.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and normalization.
• Experience integrating Power BI with R and Python.
• Ability to maintain complex reports for scalability, manageability, and performance.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in enterprise environments.
