Mandatory Skills

• Power BI (Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience)
• SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) with proven project experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Complex queries
• Data extraction and reporting
• Read operations and data analysis
• Power BI Dashboard and Visualization development
• Requirement gathering and business analysis
• Data mapping and source-to-target understanding

SSRS Expectations

• Strong hands-on experience in developing operational reports using SSRS.
• Candidate should provide project examples/evidence showcasing SSRS implementation.
• Ability to understand reporting requirements and translate them into SSRS reports.

Power BI Expectations

• Experience developing enterprise-level dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of:
• Data modelling
• Data visualization best practices
• Must have delivered at least 1-2 end-to-end Power BI projects.

SQL Expectations

• Strong proficiency in SQL queries.
• Data validation and reconciliation
• Query optimization concepts

Domain Knowledge

• Banking experience preferred
• Basic understanding of:
• Account transactions
• Banking reports
• Financial data and reporting processes

Additional Preferred Skills

• MSBI Developer background
• SSIS experience (added advantage)
• PySpark exposure (preferred)

Not Required

• Tableau experience is not required.
