Description

You will design, develop, and lead the delivery of data visualization and reporting solutions using the Power BI ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI models, dashboards, and Paginated reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Lead a team of report developers, providing daily technical guidance and leadership.
• Write SQL scripts to validate financial and statistical measures within reports.
• Document technical requirements including user stories, use cases, data flows, and design specifications.
• Resolve business support issues within defined SLAs and participate in stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Financial Services.
• 3-5 years of experience leading a team of report developers.
• Expert proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder (Paginated/SSRS), and Power BI Premium Service.
• Advanced DAX development and Power Query Editor (M) skills.
• Strong SQL skills, specifically T-SQL, using SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio.
• Experience performing data analysis across Excel and multiple data platforms.
• Ability to manage project scope, time, and quality through meticulous testing and validation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
