Build and manage end-to-end business intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to final implementation.
• Build ETL pipelines, datasets, and visualization tools to monitor KPIs and predict workforce trends.
• Combine data from multiple sources into structured data models for business leadership analysis.
• Audit HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Automate existing processes to optimize data delivery and enhance reporting efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar BI role.
• Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL and SQL Server, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Deep understanding of relational database concepts.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working specifically with human resources data.
