Description

You will design, build, and maintain BI reports, semantic models, and ETL workflows to support business leaders with data-driven insights.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI semantic models using star schema structures, DAX measures, and database relationships.
• Design and publish BI reports with clear visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data from sources like Alteryx, Google Cloud Platform, SharePoint, and Quickbase.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and report performance against KPI definitions and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for data sources, models, and business logic.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development or related analytics work.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Service.
• Mastery of complex data modeling concepts, DAX formulas, and basic SQL querying.
• Mastery of visualization best practices and UI/UX for dashboards.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with business users and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts or change management projects.
