Description

You will design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards for real-time task status, burndown charts, and critical path analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Power BI dashboards for real-time task status, burndown charts, milestones, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Validate and refine Dataverse data models to ensure compatibility with migrated Access data and real-time updates.
• Assist in data migration reviews, schema validation, and UAT to maintain dashboard accuracy.
• Create Power BI user guides and collaborate on train-the-trainer sessions to support user adoption.
• Ensure all dashboard outputs meet compliance and audit requirements for executive presentation.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of deep Power BI expertise, including DAX, data modeling, and real-time dataflows.
• Experience building complex visuals such as burndown charts, PERT diagrams, and critical paths.
• Proficiency with Power Platform integration, specifically Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong data analysis skills for cleaning, transforming, and validating data from Access to Dataverse.
• 2+ years of experience working on Power Platform or similar BI projects in collaboration with app developers.
• Expertise in UX design for high-impact, user-friendly dashboards tailored for executive audiences.
• Proven ability to document BI processes and present technical findings to stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage performance bottlenecks, data lag, and project scope within defined timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst or Power Platform Functional Consultant.
• Knowledge of financial industry compliance and banking reporting contexts.
