Description

You design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and data models to transform complex business data into actionable insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Power BI solution development for multiple business units to improve reporting efficiency.
• Design interactive dashboards and reports optimized for performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Develop complex data models by integrating data from SQL, Excel, API, and SharePoint sources.
• Manage report deployment and maintenance in cloud environments, ensuring scalability and security.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technology and data management.
• Expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience integrating data from APIs and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Experience in the services or consulting space.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-growth, geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical, actionable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
