Description

Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. Manage data models in Power BI Desktop and Service, writing DAX measures and calculated columns to support reporting needs. Perform data transformation using Power Query (M) and connect to sources like Excel and SQL Server. Optimize report performance for responsive design across devices. Publish reports to Power BI Service, schedule data refreshes, and implement row-level security (RLS). Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.

• Ensure report usability and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI development.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M).
• Expertise in SQL for querying and data validation.
• Experience creating slicers, drill-through reports, and interactive visuals.
• Ability to design data relationships and model structures.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and ETL pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI Service administration experience.
