Description

You will support the Corporate Procurement team by developing, deploying, and maintaining databases and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases to prepare data for internal reports, external disclosures, and executive leadership analysis.
• Manage and integrate corporate and procurement tools to improve workflow, automation, and system functionality.
• Create graphical representations and models for supplier assessments and performance benchmarking.
• Review financial data for goods, services, and leased assets to support carbon disclosures and Net Zero action planning.
• Map and document data requirements between systems to ensure analytics accuracy.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Power BI and SSRS.
• Strong SQL skills, specifically with Oracle or MS SQL Server.
• Experience handling financial data, supplier goods and services, or carbon reporting.
• Experience with data export processes from SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Deltek Costpoint.
• Ability to map data requirements across different technical systems.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Supply Chain P2P, ERP, and Contracts Management systems including requisitions and purchase orders.
