Drive advanced BI solutions and enterprise reporting using Power BI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Implement advanced Power BI features, including personalization, bookmarking, burst reporting, and dynamic slicers.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and CTEs to support data modeling and transformation.
• Integrate and query data from Azure Delta Lake tables, ensuring efficient and secure data access.
• Lead or support migration efforts from MicroStrategy to Power BI, ensuring continuity of reporting capabilities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and data visualization.
• Expert proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong command of SQL, including writing optimized queries, procedures, and CTEs.
• Experience working with Azure data services, specifically Delta Lake and Synapse.
• Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Spanner/BigQuery.
• Proven ability to implement advanced Power BI features for personalization and interactivity.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level reporting strategies including burst reporting and dynamic filtering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating enterprise reporting from legacy tools like MicroStrategy.
