Description

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling.
• Build and optimize data models within the semantic layer to ensure performance and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into effective visualizations through stakeholder collaboration.
• Implement data governance, security measures, and workspace administration within Power BI.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve data discrepancies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
• Extensive experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Expertise in DAX and data modelling concepts.
• Proficiency in data transformation and cleansing using Power Query.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.
• Strong understanding of semantic layer design and data warehousing concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau, specifically migrating workflows from Tableau to Power BI.
