Description

You will develop and administer Power BI solutions for human capital business intelligence.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage extraction, compilation, and integrity of HR data from multiple systems of record into BI workspaces.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to track workforce trends for 6,000 employees across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
• Own an assigned portfolio of HR analytics and reporting projects from stakeholder identification through timely delivery.
• Partner with business leaders, HR partners, and finance to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in developing Power BI data sets, tools, and dashboards.
• Experience in an administrator role owning the setup of a dynamic multisystem data reservoir.
• At least 4 years of experience in enterprise data analysis roles.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to guide leadership decision-making.
• Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a closely related field, or 5 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Relevant Power BI certifications.
