Description

Must Have:

8+ years of professional experience in Power BI development.

Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn).

Experience integrating Python scripts into Power BI (for ETL, analytics, or custom visuals).

Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M language).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

Integrate Python scripts within Power BI for data transformation, statistical analysis, and advanced visualizations.

Perform data cleaning, preparation, and ETL processes using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and Power Query.

Apply machine learning and predictive modeling techniques in Python and integrate results into Power BI dashboards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.

Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all reports and analytics.

Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot Power BI and Python integrations.

Document workflows, processes, and provide end-user training/support.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks).
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.).
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of CI/CD for BI solutions and Git-based version control.
• Understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning workflows
