Description

You will design, build, and govern enterprise-grade Power BI reporting solutions, including semantic models, paginated reports, and automation pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Power BI reports using DAX, Power Query, bookmarks, and drill-through features.
• Implement semantic models and develop Paginated (RDL) reports using Power BI Report Builder.
• Optimize report performance for On-prem and Cloud databases via DirectQuery.
• Manage Power BI Premium P1 capacity, monitoring memory, CPU load, and cache strategies.
• Lead a team of visualization developers and manage report governance, including RLS/OLS and sensitivity labels.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Expertise in Data Modelling, DAX, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Premium capacity management.
• Proficiency in Power Query (M) and data visualization techniques.
• Experience integrating Power BI with diverse data sources and Azure ADF.
• Knowledge of Azure environments and On-prem/Cloud database connectivity.
• Ability to implement RPA solutions for report automation.

Preferred Skills

• Background in leading small teams and driving task ownership.
• Experience with report lifecycle management, naming conventions, and classification.
