You will build and optimize data visualizations and automated workflows to solve complex business problems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Power BI and Tableau applications, including visualizations and parameters.
• Manage BI administration tasks such as permissions, server maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring.
• Build Python-based automations for business processes and API-driven workflows.
• Perform performance tuning for business intelligence and database platforms.
• Mine large internal and external datasets to test business hypotheses and validate data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Power BI application development and report optimization.
• 3+ years of Tableau application development and report optimization.
• 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Tableau or Power BI administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, Pandas DataFrames, and API-driven workflows.
• Proficiency with Power Automate.
• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake.
• Ability to use predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive data analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a data-centric major.
• Familiarity with financial services datasets across investment, product, and distribution functions.
