Description

Lead Power BI development to mature the bank's BI function and establish enterprise-level reporting standards. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale enterprise-level Power BI reporting standards.
• Build consistent, trusted reporting solutions for business users.
• Define best practices and governance frameworks beyond simple dashboards.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide training support to the team.
• Create reusable assets, including templates, datasets, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Power BI.
• 5+ years of professional experience in BI development.
• Experience within Financial Services.
• Ability to define governance frameworks and best practices.
• Strong documentation skills for datasets and templates.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling BI functions in large enterprises.
