Description

Design and implement data visualizations, reporting solutions, and database models for Pensions Benefit Management programs within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform database tuning.
• Design MS SQL Server data models and schemas.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to solve complex analytical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.
• 5+ years of SQL Server development, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex DAX queries.
• 3+ years of MS SQL Server data modeling and schema design.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile development environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Pensions Benefit Management programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Tableau, QlikView, Python, or R.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent.
