Description

You will build and implement a standardized Power BI reporting framework to replace legacy systems across multiple service teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design a scalable Power BI framework with security controls, change management, and quality practices.
• Convert and re-platform over 350 legacy reports from Crystal, Business Objects, and Excel into Power BI.
• Develop data integration strategies and semantic data models to unify disparate data sources.
• Establish repeatable patterns, documentation, and SOPs for long-term data governance.
• Build worker caseload reports and dashboarding solutions within the new framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical BI experience.
• Expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience with ETL development using SSIS.
• Proficiency in DAX and Row Level Security (RLS) design.
• Proven experience in metadata and semantic data modeling.
• Ability to manage large-scale report migrations from legacy systems.
