Description

You build, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, KPIs, and scorecards while designing efficient data models and transforming raw data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI reports using Power BI Desktop.
• Design data models and transform data using T-SQL.
• Optimize dashboards, DAX queries, and data loading for large datasets.
• Partner with business lines to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and ensure data governance compliance.

Required Skills

• 4–10+ years of experience in data visualization, analytics, or BI development.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and SharePoint.
• Experience utilizing Jira for project management.
• Working knowledge of Python or SAS.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Computer Science, or Statistics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other BI tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge of automation tools and advanced Excel (macros, VBA).
