You convert raw data into insightful dashboards, applications, and reports using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve critical business intelligence solutions.
• Provide design and solution consulting for analytics and business applications.
• Standardize internal BI processes, including deployment operations.
• Analyze data requirements and database schemas to design robust solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in BI Development.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps development.
• Expertise in Data Modeling and SQL.
• Experience writing complex DAX queries and functions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attentive to details with ability to manage confidential material.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.
