Description

Design and maintain end-to-end reporting solutions, owning the lifecycle from requirements through to support. Translate business questions into clear metrics and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality dashboards and reports with optimized data modeling and DAX.
• Translate loosely defined business questions into clear metrics, KPIs, and reporting logic.
• Perform data mapping between external sources and internal models to ensure metric consistency.
• Document data lineage, transformations, and calculation logic for auditability and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align definitions and explain data limitations to build trust.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions).
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data transformation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of PySpark or distributed data processing frameworks.
• Experience with DAX or equivalent calculated measures and performance optimization.
• Ability to validate external data against business expectations and identify quality issues.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks or similar analytics platforms.
• Background in financial services, merchant solutions, or analytics engineering.
