Description

You will design and build end-to-end Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor business performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build new dashboards from scratch by collaborating with business users and SMEs to capture requirements.
• Design, implement, and document reporting that accurately reflects business needs, including visualization mockups.
• Optimize dashboard performance using Power Query and other tuning techniques.
• Validate report results against underlying database records to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage reporting enhancements and implement security and access controls across report setups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in analytics, reporting, and visualization.
• Proven experience designing and building Power BI dashboards from the ground up.
• Proficiency in Power BI DAX and DAX Studio for creating metrics, measures, and analyzing queries.
• Hands-on experience with Power Query for data transformation and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and dimensional data models, including Facts, Dimensions, and Snowflake schemas.
• Experience supporting ad hoc data reporting, troubleshooting data issues, and performing extensive data validation.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.
