Description

You will design and implement data pipelines and visualization solutions to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build simple to complex pipelines and dataflows in Azure Data Factory.
• Implement visualization and traditional reporting within Power BI.
• Develop modules incorporating security and authorization frameworks, including RLS.
• Contribute to the DW lifecycle by preparing design documents, unit test plans, and code review reports.
• Analyze complex data flows and underlying data structures to provide technical input.

Required Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of Power BI and Azure Data Factory.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure SQL DB, Synapse Analytics, SSIS, SSAS, and Logic Apps.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Stream Analytics, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and SQL Server best practices.
• Understanding of master data management, data warehousing, and BI architecture.
• Knowledge of data governance in Azure and security implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or software development.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spark Framework, NoSQL, Azure Databricks, and Hadoop Ecosystem (Hive, Impala, HDFS, YARN).
• Domain knowledge in Real Estate or Finance.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
• Knowledge of Qlik.
