Description

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize reinsurance data and performance metrics. You own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, from data ingestion to final visualization.

Responsibilities

• Build data models and implement DAX calculations to support business objectives.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines for ongoing reporting needs.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, and financial data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Troubleshoot report issues and maintain documentation for data models and methodologies.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong experience in data modeling and data manipulation.
• Solid experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.
• Expertise in data visualization techniques and statistical methods.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
• 3-5 years of corporate work experience or IT industry experience.
• BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior work experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
