Description

You will support data analysis, reporting, and insights for Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance business.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from P&C insurance systems to support business decision-making.
• Write complex SQL Server queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Perform data analysis and data profiling to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.
• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Develop ad-hoc and recurring analytical reports using SQL and Python.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with data analysis and data mapping.
• Experience with data validation.
• Understanding of end-to-end P&C insurance processes.
• Experience with Claims or Underwriting systems.
