Description

You will serve as a technical lead for Power BI implementation, handling both dashboard development and infrastructure administration in a greenfield environment.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, dashboards, and custom visualizations using Power BI visual libraries.
• Manage Power BI infrastructure, including provisioning access, creating roles, and implementing row-level security.
• Develop and manage deployment pipelines to facilitate data publishing and external tenant deployments.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to set up new instances and guide internal team members on best practices.
• Execute testing protocols and assist data engineering teams with database integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data visualization and reporting.
• Expertise in Power BI, including report performance optimization and custom visualizations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Dax Studio and data connectivity.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps principles, specifically connecting pipelines and managing deployments.
• Experience with administrative tasks such as user access management and security controls.
• Ability to work within a modern app development lifecycle and participate in agile standups.
• Experience working in greenfield environments or setting up new technical instances.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks.
