Description

You will build and maintain data solutions using Power BI, migrating legacy Excel logic to scalable dashboards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer existing Excel reports, macros, and pivot logic to define business rules.
• Ingest data from Excel, SQL databases, and other source systems into Power BI.
• Write DAX measures to replicate or improve current Excel calculations.
• Design intuitive, interactive Power BI dashboards and paginated reports.
• Publish reports to Power BI Service workspaces, manage access, and implement RLS.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Power BI.
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Excel logic, including formulas, pivots, and macros.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Factory or Fabric.
• Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics.
