You split your time equally between building Power BI solutions and training other developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and its drag-and-drop interface.
• Design and deliver technical training programs for fellow developers.
• Consult on data visualization best practices and Power BI syntax implementation.
• Conduct training sessions during flexible hours to accommodate participant schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data development or training.
• Proficiency in Power BI and deep knowledge of Power BI syntax.
• Experience working with Azure Data Warehouse.
• Strong skills in querying SQL data.
• Proven experience designing and delivering developer training programs.
• Background in mortgage data, loan processing, or financial services domains.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Specific expertise in mortgage or loan processing data structures.
