Description

You will design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data models. You will architect and manage Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and data refreshes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of Power BI dashboards and enterprise data models.
• Architect and maintain Power Automate cloud and desktop flows for process automation.
• Integrate BI solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical insights and solutions.
• Establish BI governance, security standards, and best practices for platform adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power Platform roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including reporting and KPI scorecards.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query for data transformation and modeling.
• Proficiency in enterprise data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience building and managing Power Automate flows.
• Experience integrating solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
