Description

You design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models while architecting Power Automate workflows for enterprise automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of Power BI reports, KPIs, and enterprise data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Architect and manage Power Automate cloud and desktop flows for approvals, notifications, and process automation.
• Integrate BI and automation solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
• Establish and enforce BI governance, security protocols, and platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power Platform roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including reporting, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and enterprise data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (both cloud and desktop flows).
• Proven ability to integrate solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
• Experience driving platform governance, BI strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
