Description

Design and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models while architecting Power Automate workflows for enterprise automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and data models.
• Architect and manage Power Automate cloud and desktop flows for approvals, notifications, and data refreshes.
• Integrate BI and automation solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Establish BI governance, security protocols, and best practices to drive platform adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power Platform roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and enterprise data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).
• Experience integrating solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and deliver enterprise solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving platform governance and BI strategy initiatives.
• Background in continuous improvement for BI platforms.
