Description

Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, data models, and Power Automate workflows for enterprise stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage Power BI reports, KPI scorecards, and enterprise data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Design and implement Power Automate cloud and desktop flows for approvals, notifications, and data refresh automation.
• Integrate BI and automation solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and REST APIs within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
• Establish BI governance, security standards, and best practices to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power Platform roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including reporting, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and enterprise-level data modeling.
• Proven experience with Power Automate (both cloud and desktop flows).
• Experience integrating solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with documentation proficiency.
