Description

You will design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data models while architecting automation workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and data refreshes.
• Integrate BI and automation solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights and technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce BI governance, security, and best practices to drive platform adoption.
• Design and optimize complex data models using DAX and Power Query.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power Platform roles.
• Expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including reporting, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query for data transformation and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).
• Proven ability to integrate solutions with SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience driving BI strategy and platform governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools beyond the core stack.
• Background in enterprise-level BI strategy implementation.
