Description

Lead BI development efforts, mentoring developers and delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions from requirements to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BI developers in designing and building robust Power BI data models and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data modeling, visualization, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee the end-to-end delivery of BI projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI and Power BI Pro.
• Proven experience leading BI development teams.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, and performance optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder interaction and communication skills.
• Mandatory background in the Services domain.
• Experience or exposure to Cloud4S environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing end-to-end BI delivery cycles.
