Description

You will own the design, development, and optimization of enterprise Power BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and security across large-scale BI implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power BI solutions, including data models, transformations, aggregations, and calculation groups to meet business intelligence objectives.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring visual clarity and data consistency while integrating data from databases, warehouses, and APIs.
• Optimize report performance and scalability by resolving bottlenecks, enhancing query efficiency, and implementing caching mechanisms.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Power BI reports, alongside monitoring and alerting for operational issues.
• Define and enforce data governance, security policies, and access controls to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst.
• Expert proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, M, and Power BI Service.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and SQL/relational databases.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration from various sources.
• Proven track record of resolving performance issues in large-scale BI implementations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and automated testing for Power BI reports.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) integration with Power BI.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI Certified.
