Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise Power BI solutions, owning the end-to-end delivery of interactive dashboards and reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define BI objectives and architect scalable Power BI solutions.
• Develop robust data models, implementing complex transformations, aggregations, and calculations.
• Create interactive dashboards that ensure data accuracy and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Integrate and transform data from diverse sources while managing security and access controls.
• Optimize solution performance, manage data refresh cycles, and monitor system health for large-scale implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Lead.
• Deep proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and relational databases.
• Experience resolving performance issues in big data environments and large-scale BI implementations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Power BI reports.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with SQL and GCP.
