Description

Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale Power BI solutions. Own the full lifecycle from data modeling to deployment, ensuring performance, security, and accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data models, transformations, aggregations, and calculation groups using DAX and M.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI Desktop and Service, ensuring visual clarity and data consistency.
• Integrate data from diverse sources including SQL databases, data warehouses, and APIs, managing ETL processes and data cleansing.
• Optimize solution performance by resolving bottlenecks, enhancing query efficiency, and implementing caching mechanisms.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring/alerting for Power BI environments to ensure reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Lead.
• Deep expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, M, and Power BI Service.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Proven track record of resolving performance issues in large-scale BI implementations.
• Experience setting up CI/CD and automated testing for Power BI reports.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and access controls.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its integration with Power BI.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI Certified.
