You will design, develop, and implement scalable Power BI solutions that align with organizational business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design data models, transformations, aggregations, and calculation groups to support accurate and efficient data visualization.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Service, ensuring data accuracy and clear insights.
• Resolve performance bottlenecks in large-scale BI implementations by optimizing queries and implementing caching mechanisms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and establish monitoring and alerting for report performance and operational health.
• Define and enforce data governance, security policies, and access controls while managing data refresh automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Lead.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, M, and Power BI Service.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes using SQL and relational databases.
• Proven track record of resolving performance issues on big data platforms.
• Familiarity with GCP and its integration with Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Certified.
