Description

You will lead the design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise BI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define BI architecture using Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Databricks aligned with enterprise data strategy.
• Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions.
• Oversee the integration of data pipelines from Azure Data Factory and Databricks into BI tools.
• Implement performance tuning for Power BI (DAX, aggregations) and Databricks workloads.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and implement row-level security (RLS) in Power BI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience in BI and data analytics.
• 5+ years experience in technical leadership roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and RLS.
• Expertise with Azure Synapse Analytics and Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake).
• Strong SQL expertise.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and ADLS.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD for BI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
