Description

Lead end-to-end delivery for a 10-12 member team, acting as the primary client point of contact. Own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to final deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-12 engineers to meet project objectives and delivery timelines.
• Oversee data modeling, visualization, and representation workflows.
• Execute data migrations from SSIS or Tableau to Power BI.
• Handle client-facing interactions and requirement gathering.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Power BI.
• Proven experience in Data Visualization and Data Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and Tableau.
• Direct experience migrating from SSIS to Power BI or Tableau to Power BI.
• Recent experience (last 3-4 years) in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.

• Any Graduate degree.
